MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) -- Russia’s MOEX Russia Index fell by 1.02% to 3,833.18 at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, according to the Moscow Exchange.
The RTS decreased by 0.81% to 1,614.95.
